A3 is full of coaches that strive to see improvement in every young athlete that walks through their doors. From day 1 my son has expressed how welcoming all the coaches were. I would like to take the time to personally shout out Coach Jasmin Dixon. Her commitment to enhancing my son’s abilities has shown through his performance and confidence. As we approach the half way mark to his private one on one sessions with her I am pleased with this experience thus far and highly recommend her as well as this facility to help all young athletes achieve their potential and boost their confidence!! All 3 of my kids love A3 and have enjoyed and seen progress from every program they have participated in. Speed training, strength and performance and even the rookie class are all amazing. Huge thank you to Ryan and everyone over at @a3bakersfield. For the last four years, this has been my home gym during the offseason. I couldn’t be happier calling this place home. Helping me through injuries, allowing me to raise my daughter in the gym. This place now holds a special place in my heart. Vision training, hand eye coordination, core strength, stability, speed, proper running and jumping mechanics. Using his knowledge of neuroscience to help range of motion and reduce pain. Offering meals, supplements and even recovery with cryotherapy and compression boots, there isn’t a place in town that offers everything a professional athlete needs, except for @a3bakersfield. I won’t go anywhere else. So if you’re in Bakersfield and you’re an athlete or want to train like one, go see my friends. They even offer scholarships to young athletes that might not be able to afford training, so don’t be discouraged. Get over there and check it out, tell them I sent you. Why we love A3? The story begins from the first location on union street 4 years ago. Two young athlete girls begin to learn proper training techniques, coordination, and movements that are safely for young athletes. Throughout these 4 years, the progress and knowledge of proper movements has improved so much. Thanks to Ryan and staff at A3, these two athletes have so much confidence and look forward to learning new skills and strive. Thank you A3 for everything you for the community.
