They accomplished a miracle: in just 5 days they painted our entire condo beautifully, as well as the entire front and back entryways, from the first floor to the second floor. You might think that some quality would be sacrificed due to the speed with which they worked, but you would be wrong - dead wrong! Gonzalo and his team began by repairing cracks, filling and plastering. Each wall area was sanded to a silky surface before it was painted; think "smooth as a baby's bottom" and then multiply by a factor of two! ProPaint Fine Finishes, Inc is not merely a painting service; they are true artists and care about every detail. Our original job was going to be two rooms which had water damage in the ceiling and walls and part of the outside hallway, where there was also a large area of water damage. As the team went along, we kept finding more things we thought should be painted: the bathroom, the bedroom, two closets, the interior bathroom shelves and drawers, and a set of shelves at the top of the back stairway. Gonzalo did not grumble about the original project morphing into a much larger project; he accepted each change in stride and provided us with estimates for the additional work as needed. Once we saw what a difference the team's painting made to the first few rooms, we were hooked. We had to have ProPaint Fine Finishes, Inc make all the other rooms and spaces equally beautiful!! The most amazing thing is that, although we practically doubled the scope of the original job, Gonzalo and his team finished everything in the same time frame! That is just unheard of! After the job was complete, everyone was so impressed, and so happy with the results that they were literally speechless. Excellence of this caliber makes everyone stop and admire with awe, in hushed tones! We honestly think that a "normal" contractor would have taken four weeks or more to finish this job; it was a huge amount of work.
