Jo is an exceptional Physio with a talent for locating and diagnosing the issue within minutes, followed equally quickly by testing her hypothesis, explaining it in lay language and then designing the series of exercises to solve the presenting problem. I had pulled a muscle that kept 'catching' and would take me by surprise when I walked - it was 100% repaired within a short few weeks of following her very precise - and recorded on iPhone - advice! Jo is the best physio I’ve seen. And I have seen a lot of physios! After many years of playing sport I have seen a lot of healthcare professionals for injuries and surgeries and Jo has always been there for me to either lead my rehabilitation, help me with exercises, or even just offer a second opinion. She is incredibly knowledgable and is able to clearly articulate diagnoses and plan the best treatment route which unlike a lot of other professionals will always have tangible benefits. She matches her deep knowledge and skill with her personableness and friendly nature - and is able to explain and understand the link between the psychology of the individual and tailor the right physiological treatment accordingly. But perhaps most importantly she genuinely cares about her patients and will answer the phone or respond to a message any time any day. She goes above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

As someone with a long term injury and needs the services of a physiotherapist every now and then I can honestly say that Jo Knock of Total Therapy London has been far better than any NHS physio I have been to. Jo helped me with a recurring shoulder pain that wasn't getting better even after resting for a couple of months.Jo managed to get me back to full strength within 4 weeks and she's brilliant, the therapy actually makes a noticeable difference from day one and the rehab programme is easy to follow and realistic. I hope I don't get injured again, but if I did, i'll be going straight back to see Jo - don't waste time hoping it'll get better, get an expert to fix it.

I would highly recommend Jo. I've had recurrent back pain of varying severity over the last 10 years and wish I'd seen her sooner. I've seen a lot of physios over that time and Jo's rehab programme has been the only one that has given me the results I needed. It has been the easiest routine to stick to, has actually got me much fitter and better still it has been an education as to the underlying problems which others have failed to explain very well to me. Jo has also kept me positive during some dark times when I didn't see a lot of light at the end of the tunnel, and saw me through to the other side.

Jo is fantastic. She evaluates, ascertains and explains the problem; she is passionate, knowledgeable, and interesting during the treatment sessions; and she is generally lovely - if anybody is going to inflict tough and disciplined treatment to make things better, I'd have it be her every time.

I can confidently say that Jo is the single best physio I have worked with (and I have worked with a lot of them). She explains the nature of your injury clearly and comprehensively and forms a long term plan for getting you back on your feet.Most physios seem to be concerned with getting you out of their offices as quickly as possible. Jo is more concerned with getting you back doing what you love. I had not lifted weights since 2011 due to my injuries. Jo's logical and practical approach has got me lifting again.

Absolutely fantastic. Jo is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best healthcare professional I have ever been a patient of. She has built me back up from two separate very serious knee injuries and got me back to climbing and skiing within a timeframe I never expected. Nothing is rushed and everything is professionally and clearly explained. If you need a physio is there just no other comparision - I have seen many (unfortunately)!

Jo is a first rate physiotherapist. She really gets to the root cause of the problem and aims to fix that - rather than focussing only on the symptoms. It will be a longish haul for me I think but I would wholeheartedly recommend Total Therapy London. 4 stars only because although she gets pretty close she hasn't quite managed the miracle cure!
