I'll try to keep this short.Ben (the owner) was awesome. He came out for a scheduled service call/ estimate and when completed, he provided several avenues that I could take to fix my AC system. Everything from adding refrigerant up to a complete replacement. He explained all of the positives and negatives of every option. Ben never expressed or pushed for any specific work or replacement option or try to up-sell any specific system. Also, keep in mind, the system is 22 years old.After hearing all of the options I elected to have an estimate done for a new AC unit and also requested an estimate for a complete replacement (inside and out). Ben advised he would email and text the estimates by early evening of the same day. I explained to Ben I would like to keep the expense below a certain amount.I received the estimates around 6 or 7 that evening (the time frame provided) and received three estimates. All were well below what I expected. After discussing the options with my wife, we agreed on a total replecement.We spoke to Ben and agreed on an installation date (approx 3 weeks) and said it would take a day and half to install. Ben also advised that if our current system had issues, that we should call and he would temp fix the system to get by until the install.Ben did have to work on the old unit about five days prior to the installation and provided a temp fix until the new unit arrived and was ready to install. Ben never accepted any form of payment for the service call..He and his crew arrived on the installation date (around 10 a.m.), removed and replaced the entire system and had it up and running around 7 p.m. that evening. Ben arrived back at the residents the following day, completed the install, and cleaned the debris from the garage before 3 pm.Ben was professional, honest, direct and most of all listened to our needs and concerns. The experience of dealing with Ben and HomeHero HVAC is one that every homeowner or business should have. His knowledge, experience in the HVAC field, general demeanor and great work ethic is what makes good businesses, great businesses.I would recommend HomeHero HVAC to everyone in the Tulsa metro area.
