Ground Control Landscaping have completely transformed the outside aesthetics of my house, installing a new block-paved driveway, new driveway drainage system, a new retaining wall for a large raised flower bed, a new path connecting the drive to the back garden, a new and extended patio area and new lawns for the front and rear gardens.Lee was exceptional on talking through initial options for the work that was required. He provided a clear and detailed quote that set out a good range of options to consider in terms of materials and quality of finish. His management of the project was excellent and he provided regular insight and offered new ideas throughout the project as the work progressed. They excavated the chalk bank and constructed a wall and steps. The work was carried out quickly. Lee from Ground Control Landscaping did some work in my garden. Removed 6 tons ofSoil and some old wooden sleepers. He arrived when he said he would and did the heavy removal very quickly. When he finished he cleaned up and left the job really tidy and clean. Excellent work and would happily recommend him for your garden needs.

GCL have done an excellent job in upgrading my front garden by removing the overgrown and dead shrubs and also the crazy paving footpath. The planting areas have been regularised and the footpath has been replaced with block paving. Neighbours and passers by have been really impressed and the postman is happy. Lee and Ollie were enthusiastic through the work programme and I am really pleased with the result.

Lee and his guys installed a brick-built planter with sandstone capping to match our existing patio, shortly after we moved into our new home. Lee worked on a complete redesign of my garden, using a plan I had had designed. It was a big project, taking the whole garden back to bare soil, laying patio and pergola paving around existing pergola, laying paths, moving the greenhouse, building raised beds, spreading gravel, sorting out drainage, laying turf. Lee worked very hard and helped me make decisions on the details such as paving, setts, where paths should meet - although he admits he knows nothing about plants! 😄 We worked together to change things when they weren't quite right, and added a few extra bits to make the scheme work in my space. I now have a beautiful usable garden that I can't wait to fill with planting.

Fantastic job done, efficient & helpful with extra advice about layout, maintenance and even fencing and drainage issues. Groundworks included levelling surfaces, preparing them, appropriate under porcelain skins and surfaces, ordering supplies and inserting post for shade sails. Laid porcelain slabs, tiles, gravel, oak sleepers, sidings and turf to both rear and front garden. Transformation completed at a very reasonable rate. Very happy customer!
