First of all i want to let everyone know that my experience with Michael and Yoders Up North was excellent. I don't normally take time to write reviews but i felt it was important to share my experience working with them. Our project was to resurface our deck and porches with a composite material and replace the railings. I received multiple quotes for the job and met with each contractor. I felt most comfortable moving forward with Yoders based on my initial introduction with Michael and laid out my expectations and project scope. Michael was extremely diligent about material selection, project details and communication which i really appreciated. I don't live at the home permanently so i wasn't onsite to see the progress each day and michael kept me in the loop as needed (i requested not to be bothered by the smaller items since i'm not the expert in that area). The overall finished product is what i hoped for and Michael's attention to detail and workmanship are definitely visible on the Finished Product. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and end result of our project, i would use Yoders Up North again for any future project needs.

Fantastic service & high-quality craftsmanship! During the home buying process, the property we were purchasing needed some work done in order to pass inspection.
