We had the decking and railing replaced on a deck. Yoder's Up North did quality work, not the fastest but great quality. The estimate was detailed and accurate to the final cost. Communication is excellent. They let you know when they would be there and notified you of any changes.

Michael just finished our back porch project on our log home and we couldn’t be happier, it changed the whole appearance of the house. He built it to match the front porch that was installed years before.

Mike resurfaced our back deck with composite decking from treated wood. There were complications as the prior work was uneven not to mention there were two layers of decking to remove. This added extra time, effort and planning. Mike kept us informed at every step of the way. The workmanship is outstanding considering the challenges we had. I would use Mike again.

First of all i want to let everyone know that my experience with Michael and Yoders Up North was excellent. I don't normally take time to write reviews but i felt it was important to share my experience working with them. Our project was to resurface our deck and porches with a composite material and replace the railings. I received multiple quotes for the job and met with each contractor. I felt most comfortable moving forward with Yoders based on my initial introduction with Michael and laid out my expectations and project scope. Michael was extremely diligent about material selection, project details and communication which i really appreciated. I don't live at the home permanently so i wasn't onsite to see the progress each day and michael kept me in the loop as needed (i requested not to be bothered by the smaller items since i'm not the expert in that area). The overall finished product is what i hoped for and Michael's attention to detail and workmanship are definitely visible on the Finished Product. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and end result of our project, i would use Yoders Up North again for any future project needs.
