I strongly advise against relying on this company's ratings or booking a tour with them. We booked their premium all-inclusive wine tour in Porto, which was significantly more expensive than comparable tours. The package included one wine tasting by default, and we paid an additional €37.50 per person specifically to replace the advertised cocktail stop with a second wine tasting. While the driver was pleasant and the first tasting was acceptable, the rest of the experience fell far below what was advertised. Lunch was served in a shabby restaurant with no view, no terrace, and very mediocre food quality. Given that the tour takes place in the Douro Valley, there were countless scenic restaurants overlooking the river that would have provided a far better experience. The most serious issue concerns the second wine tasting that we paid extra for. We were taken to an unknown quinta where we were led to believe we were being offered rare, exclusive Port wines unavailable elsewhere. Based on those representations, we purchased a bottle for €140. After returning home, we discovered that the exact same bottle is widely available online from multiple retailers for around €40. Whether this was deliberate misrepresentation or a complete lack of transparency, we feel that we were seriously misled. We paid a premium price for what was marketed as a high-end, curated experience and instead received a mediocre lunch and a second tasting that appears to be a rip-off and scam. We contacted the operator to raise these concerns and request a refund. Unfortunately, they have stopped responding to our messages altogether. In summary: an overpriced tour, disappointing food, scamming sales practices during the second tasting, and no customer service when concerns were raised afterward. I cannot recommend this company and am formally requesting a refund.

Two days of tailor-made program in Douro valley. One full day private yacht- cruise from Pinhão upstream with Sergio - excellent and overwhelmingly beautiful! Including lunch and snacks and interesting conversations on-board. And one full day private wine tour with Pascal himself. An excellent, balanced and educated tour to select wineries and meaningful 1-2-1 conversations with the winemakers. Topped up with Portuguese history, society, culture and anthropology. This is really not a main stream tour - it is for the demanding traveller. Excellent pre info, excellent execution and top-class performance!

From the very beginning, the communication with the company was seamless; they were responsive, professional, and took all the stress out of the planning process. They truly put together a flawless itinerary that allowed us to experience the best of the city of Porto as well as the nearby Douro Valley. Our guides, Ana and Dahlia, were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing wonderful insights into the history and culture of Porto, and their fun personalities made our days with them so much more enjoyable.
