Thursday 2/20/25 was a very happy day as we closed on the selling our condo in Chicago. We have been working with Dee Savic for 14 years as she sold us the condo when we moved from Salt Lake City. Dee fully met that challenge, as she showed us 23 condos over the one weekend we flew into Chicago. Initially, we wanted to wait until we sold our condo in Salt Lake, but when that didn't happen, we called Dee and told her to show us five Condos and we would make a decision. We ended up buying a condo on the lake that had all the amenities we had asked for in our emails. One of the things we really appreciated about Dee was that she was totally informed about the building and it's financials. We knew right away that we were making a good investment.When we listed our Condo, she was just as through in selling it. We listed the Condo at the end of September when the market had slowed down. We were committed to moving in mid November, so when it was not sold, Dee helped us to stage it. Dee was also instrumental in helping us get it ready for sale and made sure the listing looked the best it could be. We also feel Dee helped us to price it right for the quick sale we needed. Dee is an extremely hard worker, as she was there for practically every showing. She also kept us informed, giving us feedback after each showing. When she called us in early January with a full offer we were so happy. Since we had moved back to Texas in November. Dee handled everything that came up as the total professional she is. The closing went very smoothly. We would highly recommend, Dee if you are buying or selling.
