We used Cascade Limousine Service for our wedding day, and they were fantastic from start to finish.Their communication for the booking and subsequent adjustments was excellent. On the big day, they went above and beyond with their day-of confirmation notices—sending updates when the limo arrived, when we got on board, and when we were dropped off. It's a really great security and peace-of-mind feature, especially if you're coordinating for multiple people.Our driver did an incredible job. Navigating a large Hummer limo across the city to various photo spots and the venue is no small task, but he handled it like a pro and was completely accommodating. Eric of Cascade Limousine Service Ltd. was exceptional. We needed to leave the resort in Canmore by 6:30 am for Calgary Airport to catch the flight to Toronto. We could not find any shuttle company that would leave so early. I was quite worried that we might not find the ride. Eric was punctual and courteous. The Cadillac SUV was very comfortable and most importantly, the ride was super smooth. I am very prone to having carsickness. I did not have any problem with the ride. We were very pleased with Cascade Limo. and Eric and would hire them again if needed.
