First Class Paving did an excellent job of doing a slurry seal and repainting our parking lot including the handicapped parking space. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I was unavailable to be on site for the job but that was not a problem. Work was done over the weekend and the parking lot was ready to go when I arrived at the office Monday morning.

Nick and Victor did an excellent job paving our neighborhood road in Sunol with some challenges to overcome being that we are in a hilly area with not much room and tight spaces. They transformed a gravel road to a nicely graded road for all our neighbors to safely access their homes. The crew knew what they were doing and hired good drivers as well. I appreciated the attention to details and concern for drainage and the neighborhood.

Nick and his crew came back to take on another project of mine. I had a few thousand feet of wood chips I wanted removed and replaced with landscape rock. Their price was very competitive, the work quality was excellent and they did their work extremely timely and met all of our expectations. I would rate them higher than a 5 if I could.2. The second job was an asphalt overlay and again they did a very good job.3. The third job was an attempt to create asphalt steps in another area. That was an experiment and didn’t come out to our expectations, but Nick came immediately to address the problem and very professionally made things right for us as consumers.
