You will not be disappointed with training from Sandra. I thoroughly enjoyed my reiki 2 training having previously trained in reiki 1 elsewhere. As part of my Reiki journey I recently embarked on Tranquil Mind Community's 10 day Freedom challenge . The course content, materials and Sandra's teaching and guidance enabled me to look at problems and challenges that I face currently and delve into their root and the emotions associated . The power of this and how much I opened up surprised me . The course provides space to look into gratitude and all the positives in life.It facilitates the opportunity to observe challenges from a different perspective. It looks at personal boundaries and how to establish and work towards these for a more positive future.The course has certainly set me on a path of working on new boundaries and facing my challenges in more proactive way rather than reactive. I would highly recommend trying this challenge to your own freedom

Sandra's Reiki Level One course provided insight and guidance, while being delivered in such a natural and enjoyable way.
