Wow! Today I went to receive a personal Gong Bath. It was amazing. The sounds, and thereby the frequency created, ensured an outstanding experience.I could feel my face and whole body releasing all tension. My whole being was immersed in the space of tranquillity and transformation. You will not be disappointed with training from Sandra. I thoroughly enjoyed my reiki 2 training having previously trained in reiki 1 elsewhere. As part of my Reiki journey I recently embarked on Tranquil Mind Community's 10 day Freedom challenge . The course content, materials and Sandra's teaching and guidance enabled me to look at problems and challenges that I face currently and delve into their root and the emotions associated . The power of this and how much I opened up surprised me . The course provides space to look into gratitude and all the positives in life.It facilitates the opportunity to observe challenges from a different perspective. It looks at personal boundaries and how to establish and work towards these for a more positive future.The course has certainly set me on a path of working on new boundaries and facing my challenges in more proactive way rather than reactive. I would highly recommend trying this challenge to your own freedom
