Terrible terrible service I've been waiting 3hrs to get picked up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ALSO GO BY THE BUSINESS NAME TAXI BY THE LAKE!

I needed a ride to my Dr appointment and the driver Q got me there safely on time, even though my scheduled driver never showed and I was running very late and was so relieved and happy that Q was very prompt and professional and patient . Have used this company 3 times prior. This is the first i needed to use a debit instead of cash. When i asked what amount will be charged, the price was changed on me. The route is 7.7 miles, at $2.00 a mile that comes to $15.40. I have always paid $25.00 (including tip). Today whomever i spoke to said it would be $22.00 (without tip). Unfortunate as i thought i had found a reliable and fair ... More

Oh how I wish I could rate it a zero...This company sucks! I have been an on and off driver for about three years now... Nothing changes, the 'boss' is immature and ignorant. He will cuss you out and degrade you. His vehicles are not safe. I'm sad to not be able to help my community like I want to, but anybody who knows me... They know that my customers come with me.
