Dr. Edriana, Denise, and Nicole have all been so helpful and supportive of my Willa’s torn CCL. They have all been such efficient communicators from scheduling to educating me on everything and anything I need to know regarding my pup’s treatment. Dr. Edriana was so warm and kind during our initial assessment and my Willa loved every single second of the process. We have since been working with Denise and cannot rave enough about the care Willa has been receiving as well as the support and extra education she’s provided to me so I can optimize Willa’s healing progress. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Edriana at Unleashed Rehab. My mini dachshund, Skittles, had to have emergency surgery due to IVDD. We were told there was a 50/50 chance he would ever walk again. It was a very traumatic experience for our family. Dr. Edriana has been working with Skittles for the last 5 weeks and he has already starting taking steps, showing signs that he is regaining full mobility and feeling in his back end. Dr. Edriana has not only helped to get our boy moving again, but has been an incredible resource throughout this process. She genuinely cares for Skittles’s recovery, as if he were her own. Without her care and compassion in rehabilitating, I’m not sure what we would do. I am looking forward to us continuing to work with Dr. Edriana throughout Skittles’s recovery!

We’re beyond grateful for Dr. Edriana. We’d recommend her and Unleashed Rehab to any pet parent without hesitation, and would give her 10 stars if we could.Our 9-year-old blue heeler, Holly, has always been extremely athletic, energetic, and independent. We noticed her limping (mildly at first, and then it got much worse). It became clear that she was in pain, and her quality of life was declining. Our vet did X-rays and recommended we see a surgical specialist.Before jumping to surgery, we did some Googling and found Unleashed Rehab. We hoped Holly could heal with therapy alone, but after meeting with us and observing Holly, Dr. Edriana seconded our vet’s opinion and recommended a surgeon she trusted, who also turned out to be wonderful.Holly ended up needing a TPLO surgery and meniscus arthroscopy, which meant 16 weeks of recovery. We scheduled therapy sessions with Unleashed Rehab in the weeks before and after the surgery, and we’re so glad we did.Edriana went above and beyond, and I can’t imagine a better guide to get us through the whole journey (which was nerve-wracking at first — our dogs are our whole world, and we worried a lot about choosing surgery at Holly's age). But Dr. Edi followed up with us frequently between Holly’s surgery and rehab appointments, and even stayed in contact with the surgeon herself to maintain a comprehensive view of Holly’s care.During therapy sessions, she trained us on “homework” activities so that we could help Holly between her visits, even recording custom video explainers that we could refer back to during the week.It felt like she was just as emotionally invested in Holly’s care as we were, and it also felt like we were her only client, even though I know she has a roster of animals in her care at any given time. We were astounded by her compassion and attention to detail, even down to arriving right on time or early to every home visit.Holly is very standoffish, and takes a long time to trust new people. Dr. Edi was kind and patient with her, and tailored the sessions accordingly. She respected Holly’s shyness, but found gentle ways to coax her out of her shell. There were a few sessions where Holly was feeling particularly stubborn, and Dr. Edi never expressed a hint of frustration, she just mixed things up to suit Holly's mood and needs. I felt that this demonstrated not only a great deal of patience on her part, but also showcased her skill in being able to pivot so easily.We're now four months post-surgery, and Holly is fully back to her old self! We're more careful with her activities these days, but she can go on walks, play fetch, enjoy road trips and adventures with the family, roll around in the grass, and has as much energy and independence as ever.Thank you Dr. Edriana and Unleashed Rehab!!

I will never be able to say enough wonderful things about Edy and Unleashed Rehab. She went above and beyond for our beloved senior dog that was dealing with multiple physical limitations in his older age.The in-home rehab was a game changer for our dog who was terrified of vet offices. She was caring and created a calming space for him to feel safe and secure. She changed her plans for him based on his limits and/or mood to make sure each session was as productive as possible. She gave us easy "homework" so he could continue progressing between visits. We will forever be grateful for her passion and dedication to our special pup.

Glowing review ahead! If I could give 10 stars I would!Our 1.5-year-old mini Goldendoodle, Lola, has always had a quirky way of sitting that we initially thought was just part of her silly personality. But by the time she was 10 months old, she began biting the fur out of her left front leg. So much fur was being ripped out, that it became quite alarming. Despite treating her for allergies (both food and environmental), trying elimination diets, and even starting her on anxiety medication, nothing helped. Eventually, she began limping after any nap/sleep, no matter how short or long, and we knew something more was going on.After full-body X-rays, we discovered a bone fragment in her left shoulder. That’s when everything started to make sense… Lola wasn’t biting out of boredom, anxiety, or allergies… she was in pain.Before jumping straight into a CT scan and possible surgery, a friend recommended Dr. Edriana, and we are so grateful they did. From the first phone call, the team was incredibly responsive and kind. They took time to answer all my questions and scheduled an in-home evaluation right away.Dr. Edriana arrived on time, and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely compassionate. Lola adored her from the very start. During the initial session, we learned that Lola’s “quirky” sitting was actually due to poor posture and weak core and back muscles. Dr. Edriana clearly explained what was going on, outlined treatment options honestly, and even worked with us on the best package for Lola’s needs.Her staff helped us navigate our pet insurance process, including providing itemized invoices and even corresponding directly with our provider (Trupanion) when extra information was requested. The customer service has been outstanding.We’re only about 2.5 weeks into treatment, but Lola is already showing noticeable improvements. She’s limping less, her posture is better, and her back is no longer scrunched up like a shrimp. We now have daily stretches to do with Lola, and new hip and joint supplements to support her ongoing care. This is truly all thanks to Dr. Edriana’s guidance.If you’re considering physical therapy for your dog, don’t hesitate to reach out to Dr. Edriana. Edriana took on our Micco, who suffered an FCE spinal stroke that left his hind legs paralyzed. The neurologist said he would never walk again. But we never gave up! In addition, he could not use the bathroom on his own. She came to our house knowing he was initially aggressive because of such a terrible injury and worked with him 2x's a week for 5 months. He now loves seeing her, can walk and run, and has a good quality of life. Without Edriana, we would have been lost. We "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" her and her team.

Remarkable! Amazing! Miraculous! I wish I could give Dr. Fermin a million stars. My Blue was diagnosed with a narrowing spine. He was limping and showed evidence of pain. I feared surgery or worse for him. He’s only age 7. We were seeing a few different vets and receiving various treatments. All seemed limited in duration of results. Then the vet recommended Unleashed Rehab with Dr. Fermin. Blue no longer limps and does not show signs of pain. The tight bulging muscles around his spin have diminished greatly in stiffness. In addition, the doctor showed me how to help keep him in this great condition. I don’t think he’s felt this great in years. I definitely believe we’ve extended his health and his lifespan. How can I say thank you enough?!

I am so pleased with the progress that my dog had made. He has IVDD and went into emergency spinal surgery and I was scared that he would never walk again. Rory is doing so well. He is walking, able to step over obstacles, turn, etc. He still has to rest because his injury is healing but I am so happy he is doing so well! I would recommend this group to anyone!
