I visited this naturopathy clinic in Moordialloc just once, over a year ago. Prior to that, I had been dealing with recurring chronic digestive issues for nearly four years. It was awful — every few months I would experience paralysing stomach pain lasting 1–2 weeks, which often led to vomiting and being unable to eat for days.I saw numerous doctors over the years, tried a number of medications and had visited the hospital on one severe occasion. No one could determine the cause. Eventually, I decided to try naturopathy. I was prescribed a course of natural treatments, including a syrup, probiotics, and a powdered herbal mixture. It has been over a year now and haven't experienced any of the symptoms since. I think about it all the time. I am very grateful — thank you so much.

I have been going to Wildsoul Wellness for a while, and since becoming pregnant it has been great. Bec, who teaches Barre has been really supportive and attentive with pregnancy-friendly adjustments. I absolutely love going there and highly recommend it to anyone at any fitness level. They do such a great job adapting exercises so everyone feels comfortable and included.

Nerelie Harrison is an absolutely outstanding Reformer Pilates teacher! She brings so much care, knowledge, and enthusiasm to every class. Her sessions are always engaging, challenging, and thoughtfully varied — no two classes are ever the same. Nerelie has a special way of pushing you to do your best while keeping things fun, inspiring, and supportive. She’s incredibly attentive, always checking form and offering helpful guidance, and her positive energy makes everyone feel welcome and motivated. I always leave her classes feeling stronger, uplifted, and inspired. Truly one of the best instructors I’ve ever had! I absolutely love coming to Wild Soul in Mordialloc! Their Pilates reformer and mat classes are amazing, and they also have recovery sessions, which really help with overall wellness. I’ve enjoyed attending both as part of a group with my friends and on my own. It’s such a welcoming space for everyone, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or returning after a break. As a mom who took some time off after having a baby, and went back to work ,I’ve found it incredibly fun and encouraging to get back. The instructors are highly experienced and always attentive to form, making every class both effective and enjoyable. Nerelie, Amanda , Patsy,Rachel ,Bec,Jade are amazing instructors. I enjoyed coming to their classes.Love Samara (receptionist) also who welcome me really well when i joined in . She was so helpful.Highly recommend Wild Soul for anyone looking to improve their well being in a supportive and friendly environment!

Really great studio in a beautiful space. The instructors are also great and there is a good variety of pilates and reformer classes at all different times of the day. Im a bit disappointed that they pretty much got rid of all the more active yoga classes since the start of this spring. There's only 2 non yin classes during the week and 1 on the weekend. I think having a few more yoga classes would be nice again, but the studio, the environment and the offerings themselves are great

I am a complete newbie to Pilates and this was my third attempt at finding a studio / class that works for me. Safe to say this studio ticked all my boxes!! Amanda is sensational and is so genuine and welcoming to new clients. She showed me around, explained what was needed for the class and all the exercises were really easy to follow along. There is no other Pilates place that can beat Wildsoul! It’s a whole vibe! Yeah you can go to another place and possibly get the same results BUT you wont get the same experience. The instructors? Hands down the best there is! The community they’ve built makes you feel welcome and motivated as soon as you walk through the doors. They are always working to make sure everyone gets excited move! Will never be leaving this place!
