If you want to claim a remedial massage under HICAPS, I would use caution when coming here… and look for somewhere else. When I went for payment, I asked if I could scan my private health card, the lady who massages me awkwardly said she didn’t have her provider number at the moment, she told me the owner would reach out in a couple of days to resolve the problem so I could claim manually.When I reached out straight after I was told I’d be contacted as soon as she had her provider number - “in the next day or two”. Fast forward to now, it’s been a month since my massage and I haven’t been contacted yet.They need to have a disclaimer concerning their lack of HICAPS claiming available for some of their therapists.I am shocked that I have not yet heard back. If you want to utilise your private health benefits for remedial, look elsewhere!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Chelsea at BodySpace Recovery Studio. On my first visit I used the rollers and Normatec boots. I had been experiencing nightly calf pain that was waking me from sleep and was at the point of needing an injection.After just one session with the Normatec boots, the pain has completely settled and I haven’t had any further night pain. Because of this, I’m putting the injection on hold for now.Chelsea made me feel very welcome and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the experience even better. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and genuinely relieved.I will definitely be returning and plan to make BodySpace Recovery Studio part of my regular routine. Highly recommend.

Had the best treatments today. Shock out some lymph and feeling on top of the world would recommend these treatments. New client price affordable and not priced to bad after initial treatment. Staff very through explaining the flow of equipment. Thanks I will be back.
