I am a new transplant to the Bay Area and a young professional who spent months meticulously researching properties managements and commercial real estate properties in the east Bay Area and I can say I’m glad that I found Bridgewater at emeryville. The property is beautiful, the community feels safe and there are a number of wonderful amenities to include a gym and pool. I was initially concerned about safety and noise factor but those fears have been absolved after living here several nights, it’s a in a great location. I’m excited to get to know everybody who manages the property and community members who call this place home as well. Front office staff and HOA members have been prompt and communicative and have shared and expressed concerns and continue to address them, and I look forward to building those professional relationships in a place I look to call home. Cal Agents manages my rental condo in Oakland. The maintenance department --- Matt, Wilsen, Aheyza and Katie helped to repair and replace appliances and plumbing, and coordinate reconstructions of damage.
