Originally I wanted to get a different tire size and after failing multiple times to get them on (they should've fit with no issue but shop claimed they couldn't because they were 3 piece) I had to get the original tire size which was fine but when they did they charged me for mount and balance (I was told they weren't charging for mount and balance for a sale/deal they had going on) so that was pretty annoying to begin with. They chipped the paint on multiple wheels as well as losing one of the metal valve stem caps for the wheels. I had them check my brakes as well and was told that they were "pretty bad". When I finally took my car to get the brakes changed by my own mechanic we come to realize my brakes don't need to be replaced at all and have plenty of life left. We also found out that the wheels were completely over torqued as well which was super awesome. So unfortunately they were just trying to take advantage of the situation considering im a girl that "doesn't know anything" trying to get as much money as they could while taking no care of my vehicle even when asked to be extra careful. Edit: also found out they put the wheels on wrong. I have a staggered setup which I told them and they knew about and they put one of my front wheels in the back and vice versa :) Less

My rear end was way lower than the front end and the front end was uneven with the driver side higher than the passenger side. I even asked the owner about my old parts and he said they throw old parts away but then when I went there again I heard him telling one of the mechanics to put all the old parts in a box and make sure to give them back to the costumer. That's what shops usually do why did this guy keep my parts cuz he knew they were still in good condition and could make some money off them. Miguel must not be getting paid to well if he's hurting like that keeping costumers parts, pathetic! That guy is trash did a sloppy job and he's a thief you can't trust this shop don't ever go there! After the work, I took it to Good Guys at Blackstone and Herndon, paid for a realignment and they did my steering wheel out of courtesy. They told me adjusting steering wheel is just if the technicians wants to do... apparently West Coast just didn't want to do it. Like smh. I did not mind to pay Good Guys just to make sure my car was done right. Less
