Overall the interactions and work was well above average. I had roof repairs, replacement, and other improvements done to a workshop in my back yard. The owner responded to my quote inquiry quickly and arrived personally to provide an estimate. He was also present when the insurance adjuster was here and was able to provide much more details on what was needed for my claim. His guys were sent soon after and got to work. Despite the mid to upper 90's heat his construction crews worked long and relentlessly to accomplish their goals for each day. It was impressive to watch. A couple areas to consider for further improvements are to 1) more detail attention to trash and especially nails. I spent many hours continuing to pick up left over debris, cigarette butts, and to this day still collecting nails. 2) maybe a followup visit a week after job completion to rerun the nail magnet and pickup the leftovers that work their way up to the surface.Again, overall everything was done well and I'm very pleased. Will definitely seek this company again for future work.

The search for an honest contractor is finally over! We searched for almost two years for the right contact who could balance our budget and build expectations for a 600+ SQFT detached garage, to no avail. And we’re so glad we passed on all of the other GCs and contractors so we could eventually get to Johnathan.Johnathan himself was super knowledgeable and respectful and willing to field our questions from start to finish on our project. He even did a walk around of our house and offered to fix a few loose shingles while his crew was on site.The teams he brought in were timely, polite, professional, and far cleaner than expected for an outdoor project. They kept all the construction waste in a designated area and did everything they could to keep any sharp objects away from our pets.The garage Johnathan built looks like it belongs next to our house and just about every neighbor of mine has stopped by to see it.
