Genau das bekommen was ich mir gewünscht habe, nachdem ich mich nie zu einem Friseur getraut habe. Bin begeistert und überglücklich :) Selatin war sehr freundlich und angenehm und hat super beraten. Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei Selatin um meinen Ansatz / Oberkopf Strähnen zu lassen und kann es sehr empfehlen. Ich hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt, die Zeit verging wie im Flug und es herrscht eine tolle, angenehme Atmosphäre. Jeder strahlt, Mitarbeiter und Kunden und das spürt man. Das Ergebnis ist auch zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit, ich hab mich gut und authentisch beraten lassen und das Ergebnis gefällt mir dementsprechend sehr gut. Ich komme definitiv wieder🥰🥰

One star only because it is not possible to rate it with zero stars.Terrible service from the staff, very unprofessional. Went there 2 months ago to get my hair dyed, yet it seemed like they had no clue what to do. The hair dresser doing my hair had incredibly shaking hands which affected the whole process.To make matters worse, the hair colourist straightened my hair before the actual dye job. In 14 years of dying my hair, i’ve never experienced that.Another big issue with the whole team is the unprofessional behaviour (gossiping about my hair) while they thought I’m not understanding the language.In the end, the hair colourist didn’t bleach the roots properly so the color of the roots didn’t match the rest of the hair at all.Definitely not recommending to go there, if you don’t want 2 different hair colours.
