These retreats are always curated with thoughtfulness. It’s truly an experience you don’t find anywhere else. Complete with healthy home cooked meals, Breathwork, cold plunge, movement, relaxation and the best part is the other women. Some I knew and others I just met. First class experience with this Yoga retreat. Wonderful to be around so many like minded women, full of positive energy, sharing life experiences and healthy living! Una experiencia única, sinceramente te ayuda a encontrarte contigo mismo a limpiar tus energías y llenarte cada vez más de amor propio. Soy madre , esposa, empresaria , hija , pero antes de todos soy mujer soy yo y entendí que no puedo cuidar a nadie si no me cuido yo misma me encanta este lugar y volvería a ir.
