I took an heirloom patchwork blanket to Blue Ribbon Cleaners which had some tears in the fabric as well as some parts that needed to be restitched. This cleaners did an outstanding job in repairing a blanket that the minister’s wife had made as a wedding gift.I also took a dress there which I believed needed the zipper replaced. The owner was able to repair the zipper by using a wax type stick . I recommend Blue Ribbon Cleaners to anyone looking for quality work at a readonable price. Less

With the new management I decided to give this place another try -Until another occurrence my Rag and Bone black hoodie (not cheap)had been taken there for the second time -well they for some reason decided to take out the hoodie strings which they hadn't done before , after I notice them missing when I put the hoodie on, I was annoyed as you can't wear the hoodie without the strings -I went in and told them the situation and all I got was WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT-and said they are not responsible ..that's it his demeanor had changed and I will never visit that place again, no sorry nothing why the hell would they take the strings out never in all my hoodies I get cleaned do they take them out. No sorry, Nothing. When I asked him to look around he just walked around the place looking trying to look. It's plain and simple someone took the strings out. Sorry but after reading the bad reviews also on Yelp I will not be visiting this place again. Less

This place is great. They did such a great job on my shoe shine. I dropped my boots off and they were ready in a fee days. There aren't that many shoe shine places in Long Beach. It's great to find a place that's top quality and fast service. Also they're open 7 days a week. Thank you for a great experience! Less

Juan saved the day and the wedding!!! He and his team did a most phenomenal job on our pants!!! We bought new suits and the original tailors did a horrendous job on our pants. But unfortunately we didn't realize this until we got home, and it simply was too far to return, with the time allowed before our trip. We brought them to Blue Ribbon. Juan analyzed every mistake done on our pants and how they would fix it. We have returned to pick them up, tried pants on, and we are very satisfied with the work done!!! I took my jeans here to get hemmed and was told it would be $15. I came to pick up my jeans a few days later and a customer in front of me is picking up some dry cleaned clothes. She had her receipt saying the clothes would be ready that Day and they are arguing about when the clothes should be ready. Not a good sign at all. Anyway I go to pick up my jeans and now they are telling me it is gonna cost $20 not $15. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place because of the dishonestly I witnessed and experienced. Less
