I've used this business for years and gotten to know several quite well. A small family business they've fit in well. Their work is always timely and presented well. Recently I saw another side. I have a quite new winter coat which a mouse (I can't seem to get rid of him) smelled some dog cookie crumbs in a pocket. He chewed/tore an irregular shaped hole about 2 by 3 inches. I decided to try their repair service before giving up on the coat. 3 days later I picked up the coat and looked to see the repair. I couldn't find it for a long time. My husband repeated my search and agreed. Quality work and for a reasonable price. I'm glad to recommend them.

Fantastic service, very quick turnaround, the seamstress hemmed and tapered my evening gowns perfectly for a reasonable price. They are also very friendly so it makes you want to go back! Thank you so much!

Guy at the front desk speaks terrible English and this place advertises "same day service" but the soonest they offered to clean my jersey was 5 pm in 2 days. Don't advertise something if you can't deliver.

Excellent service and very friendly. They really care about each item and leave everything looking great. I brought in my boss's hats, and they checked them carefully. I wasn't charged until the work was done, and everything was returned in excellent condition.

Juan and the team at Blue Ribbon are great! They have tailored at least 7-8 items for me and I’m really happy with the results (and prices are reasonable). When I think of Blue Ribbon I think of positive, friendly service. I pass other dry cleaners to get to Blue Ribbon because I’m consistently happy with their service and results!
