I accepted, even though as a long-term client, I found it a bit off.But then she refused to reschedule unless I gave her a card to charge over the phone. I asked for a call back in an hour since I didn’t have it on me. I also reminded her they had my card on file—she claimed they didn’t. Yet instead of calling me back, they charged my card anyway… clearly they had it the whole time. No one followed up to reschedule. I guess the $50 was more important. The doctor was great, but the front desk experience completely ruined it for me. So no, I do not recommend. Less

I was shocked and left extremely disappointed. In total, I spent around $3,000 on treatments, facials, and products, yet I’m still dealing with the same acne spots and brown spots that I originally came in to treat. While the staff is friendly and the facility is clean, I’m deeply dissatisfied with the lack of results despite the significant financial investment. Olam Med Spa is nothing short of a miracle worker! I moved to Pembroke Pines area and was in search of a new dermatologist. I checked my local Google guide and saw Olam Med Spa had 5 stars. First the reception Melissa was extremely professional and courteous. The office was extremely clean. I was seen right away and for my consultation the doctor took photos of my face through a machine that can photograph layers upon layers beyond my skin to see what lies beneath. I was shock I had so much sun spots that hasn't even come out of my skin yet. I stuffer from hyperpigmentation aka sun spots which can age someone fairly quickly however, the doctor had a plan of treatment even recommended products to minimize some of the damages. I was blown away with the amount of knowledge I immediately booked my first treatment of 3. The treatment was to laser off my skin even go beyond the surface. The process isn't painful then again everyone has a different pain thresholds. I looked like Freddy Kruger after the Lazer treatment. I was a bit shocked because I am a custom to chemical peels but not Lazer remover. Now, even though the doctor did warned me of scabing I was still nervous. The Olam Med Spa advised to give them a call even after work afters. I called and they were helpful even asking for photos etc. I was definitely at easy. After my first treatment I was amazed at the results how clear my skin looked. If I told you I will be 38 years old in 5 months for you believe me?! Just thank Olam Med Spa, lots of water and no sun. My husband, his friends, my colleagues and family saw my skin results and quickly made appointments the next day! I booked an hour massage and arrived 15 minutes early for my 2 pm appt. 25 minutes later(10 min late) I asked to check on my therapist as I had a medical appt in Weston for my husband at 330. I had to leave at 3 which I made clear. 2:15 the therapist comes out, ... More

I had to leave at 3 which I made clear. 2:15 the therapist comes out, apologized said it would be another 5 minutes because the current client came in late but I could just start then. So rather than the person who came in late having her appointment shortened they felt it okay to shorten mine and if I did agree to start there was no mention of a price break. I felt they were very disrespectful to me. I guess if you go there just do not have anything important planned behind it. I was not about to pay for an hour appt for a 40 min treatment. Very disappointed also because this has been the cleanest spa I’ve even been in. I wish I had the therapist name to share with you Less
