They’ve been great in the past for Medicare Supplement insurance as long as you go with the company they recommend. I went with my own researched choice this year and the agent made mistakes on the application that I ended up having to correct myself (many stressful hours of phone calls and faxing corrections). There was too little follow-up from the agent, and not even a courtesy apology for their mistake and the higher premium I ended up with after the application was corrected.
