What an easy and uplifting experience it has been working with James ( and Jennifer) at Pillar Digital marketing on our updated website for our charity. James went over and above to understand the mission and vision of our charity and the purpose of our website. Working together to come up with something that was user friendly and will help us to be able to work at changing lives for those we work with in Uganda. James is super knowledgeable about the lay of the land in meta /Facebook advertising. He works really hard and has all kinds of skills to complement ad campaigns, from copy and creatives to aligned digital assets. I found he had a depth of knowledge and enthusiasm and was really persistent and levelheaded when faced with the hurdles of setting up the ads account.
