Week before last, the AC in our condo suddenly started running longer and longer each day, until it ran almost the 24 hrs one day. Investigation of all of the components (still quite new) revealed a leak in the refrigerant line, which happened to run under the building. We then learned that the replacement had to make a longer, complex run to the roof then down through other units to ours. Initial replacement estimates were much higher than expected, and we were stuck - no AC! A friend referred us to Art at Epic, saying they had solved the same problem for several other owners in our neighborhood more economically. I contacted Epic last Monday morning, and they sent Rob out that same day to investigate and provide an estimate. Epic then prioritized our job for Wednesday in spite of a packed schedule (since we had no AC). Art and his team showed up early with a lift and worked a long day to make the long refrigerant line run, reconnect the indoor and outdoor units, recharge the refrigerant and test - the system was up and running by 4pm! Art then came back the next morning to make sure everything was ship shape and it has run flawlessly since. Many thanks to Art, Rob and the entire Epic team for a fantastic experience of extraordinary service, and all at a fair price!

They are always prompt and professional. Epic graciously work with my budget. I have been with Epic Air for several years. They have replaced both my AC units and serviced them fairly and efficiently. Everyone I’ve interacted with has always been friendly and helpful.This review is for blowing new insulation over the old through out the attic (3800sq ft).

Austin did a stellar job on my A/C repair! He was punctual and thorough, I could barely even tell he was there. He even put my doggie beds back after he was done! Now my A/C is working like new!

I was totally impressed with Epic Air Conditioning in Fort Myers, fL. They got the job done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price and my system is working beautifully. I was especially impressed with Rob who came over and set up the job for the very next day as we had been without Air for several days during a record breaking heat wave. In addition, Rob followed up to ensure I was satisfied and even helped to install an accordion door that was off the track. I would certainly recommend this fine company for any AC work including a line set.

Rob from Epic AC came out to our rental today and did an incredibly thorough job inspecting every aspect of our unit, helping us understand what maintenance issues need to be taken care of, he took photos on our behalf to relay to the property management company that the issues the unit is having that need to be repaired have not in any way been caused by any negligence on our part as renters. If every member of the Epic AC team is as timely, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind as Rob then Epic AC is the only company to use in the Bonita Springs & Fort Myers area for your Air conditioning needs. (And Lord knows we all need a properly functioning AC system to survive in swfl!)

Rob came out, diagnosed the problem efficiently and returned with the parts the following day to finish the job. Rob was extremely profession and knowledgeable. He also hooked the common directly to the thermostat, so there will be reason for batteries. Couldn't be happy how quickly the job was completed.

Epic Air has been an excellent company for my home and rental properties. Recently Rob came and took care of both. He takes time to explain everything, and I am impressed with his work ethic and demeanor.

Epic air is the best! I needed to have a new a/c and heating system on short notice and I worked with the technician Rob to make it happen with no issues. From start to finish everyone from the office staff to the techs were professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile and no damage to the walls because it was a tight space. The installation was completed timely and the inspection. Rob followed up and made sure all the paperwork was in order and he went the extra mile to ensure I had extra room in the area to fit a new water heater! My new a/c & heating unit works perfect and I will continue to use Epic air to service it for years to come.
