We are incredibly grateful for Charlin Health Services and the wonderful care they have provided for my father-in-law during his time on hospice. From the very beginning, the entire staff has been compassionate, attentive, responsive, and truly incredible!Sara, his nurse, has been absolutely wonderful. Her compassion, knowledge and attentiveness have given our family so much comfort and reassurance during a very difficult time.Trevor has also been amazing! He takes Dad to his training sessions and has gone above and beyond to accommodate his schedule and make things as easy as possible for him in our family.Every person we have encountered at Charlin has treated my father-in-law with kindness, dignity, and genuine care. When someone you love is on hospice, knowing they are surrounded by people who truly care makes such a difference.Thank you, Charlin Health Services for taking such wonderful care of dad and for supporting our entire family through this journey. My husband had a 2nd surgery and again we had Charlin Health! Just as satisfied with our nurse, Nikki, and PT Jason and Doreen!Having two great experiences like this reflects well on the entire company! Thank you for the professionalism! Highly recommend!My husband had a knee replacement and we had Charlin Health come for home health and PT for the first month. They were wonderful and professional from the first call til the end. Tena, the nurse, was very knowledgeable and worked great with his doctor handling the surgery site and medication questions. Freddy and Kirby were his Physical therapists. They were knowledgeable, and treated their patient like an individual listening to what issues he had going on and adapted for him. All three called ahead of time and came when they said they would, they were very nice and worked with his doctor. We are grateful for them and for how well he is healing up - ahead of what we expected!

Slightly frustrating situation. First, shout out to Tasha. She picked up the phone right away and she has a super calming, kind voice. She is amazing. Second, it was frustrating because after an hour of working on this case to get everything setup to transfer my father-in-law to his home for his final day(s), they said they are denying this case because my father-in-law lives outside their coverage zone in Colleyville. I wished they would have started with that question instead of waiting an hour to tell us so. But again, Tasha is amazing and I wish families well who do live in their coverage zone. I’m just saying- please save families time and communicate these coverage areas or denials up front instead of wasting time.

My husband had total knee replacement. Nikki was his home care nurse and she was a godsend! She explained everything he was going through and what was coming. She contacted his doctor when he was complaining of muscle tightness and they responded quickly and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. When we began changing the dressing, we discovered we had bought waterproof ones that were very thick and stiff. He texted Nikki at almost 9pm to ask where to get the same kind she had brought us. We didn’t expect to hear from her until the morning, but she answered us right away. She always said we could contact her with any questions and she meant it! This experience has been so much easier with this level of nursing in our corner!

Nicki was absolutely wonderful!! She was great at communicating when she would be here. She was punctual, extremely friendly and has actually become a good friend. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Charlin was miraculously quick to provide 24/7 nursing care for a loved one at home on hospice. My family was able to fully relax into saying goodbyes and memorizing our loved one knowing that our nurses Tina and Jude were diligently monitoring and caring for him. Tina provided calm, knowledgeable, and confident presence that let us know everything would be taken care of. JT and his team were responsive and compassionate. I can’t thank them enough for supporting my family.

It was such relief to know that post-op I was so well taken care of at home. The staff was A-1 with reassuring words and careful attention to my needs. Shout out to Jason and Noell for their help and guidance.
