Very rude, mean behavior and terrible attitude from the owners of this establishment. It's a very unwelcoming place. When asking a question, I was given attitude; as if I was bothering them. I was also given incorrect information about the purchasing/renting of a POBOX. Customer Service is very important and this place lacked it when I dealt with them.UPDATE: I said what I said. I don’t care that you’re retiring soon stop treating customers like ur ahsssss. Customers make you and treat your son better too while you’re at it. Don't be yelling at your grown son in front of customers it’s tacky like your wife and your attitude. :) acknowledge your mistake instead of pretending like customers are in the wrong. I wouldn’t be writing this in the 1st place had you given decent service.

​I originally went to the U.S. Post Office (the one our tax dollars fund) to try and save a few bucks on certified mail, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. They told me they could only input the address on the shipping label, meaning I’d have to physically handwrite the recipient's name on the envelope myself.​Decided it wasn't worth the hassle, walked out, and went back to Mt Plaza Mail Pac & Ship instead, the place I usually send mail from—and I’m so glad I did. Not only did I get to support a local business, but they handle everything flawlessly, everytime I come here. They are able to input both the name and the address right onto the shipping label. All I had to do was put my papers in the envelope, and they took care of the rest, including sealing the envelope.​Save yourself the headache at the useless tax-payer post office and just come straight here and support a local business.Excellent, efficient service!

Rude, grumpy people work there, huffing and puffing because i have pkgs to drop off. Trying to get me to drop off my pkgs with out a receipt!!
