I had a vexing insurance problem for my sister with whom I have power of attorney. I do not reside in New Jeersey but she does. She is not able to handle her critical affairs and I must do so. I discovered that her Supplemental Health Insurance carrier would not longer provide her with coverage. I belive the company (well known) may be dropping out of the state of NJ. Not sure. In any event I had contacted several insurance companies directly and asked for their recommendations. In each case given three differnent major carriers the (sales reps on line for the companies) found a suitable plan and signed her up, stating that she was covered, only to receive, in each case, a letter back 10 days later stating the company denied requested coverage. I later discovered that these jokers were only interested in selling but lacking in understanding the nuances as well as the legal requirements. I also called the state of New Jersey Insurance Department. "Send them a letter and they will get back to me with information"...Oh Thanks, I have a pressing deadline! Frustrated I looked for a specialist in New Jersey. After calling 10 "so called" expert agencies I fell upon Jersey Insurance Solutions. The experience that unfolded for me was completely different from that of the jokers. My contact was actually informed with the statues, the real relevant details that applied to my sister's situation and the best plan of action. She is now covered with a great plan that makes sense for her at this time. Thank you New Jersey Insurance Soultions! Jeff, Whew that was a godsend.
