Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough.We came to them in an incredibly stressful situation after a mistake made by another lender left our finance and contract in jeopardy. They stepped in, went so far above and beyond for us, and somehow managed to get everything turned around and approved within 48 hours — with our approval literally coming through in the final 20 minutes of our contract.Sami in particular was incredible. She was so helpful, relaxed and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. At a time when we were incredibly stressed, having someone so calm and reassuring on the other end of the phone made such a difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt like she was completely in our corner.The communication, persistence and genuine care from the whole team was exceptional.
