We had too many questions and were very annoying but he was always happy to help, went out of his way to explain the information in depth as we had absolutely no idea about the process. He seemed to be the only one who knew what was going on in our whole buying a house process and when things got a little bit stressful he managed to calm our nerves straight away. 100/10 recommend

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I needed a car loan sorted quickly as I was returning from the UK with my family and the whole thing was done in a matter of days - application, approval, documents and funds, all without a single hiccup. The team led by Michael were fantastic: always available, answered every question straight away and actually picked up the phone when I called. Everything was explained clearly and nothing felt rushed or pushy, despite how fast it all moved. Genuinely one of the smoothest finance experiences I've had, and great value too. I honestly cannot recommend this team highly enough. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough.We came to them in an incredibly stressful situation after a mistake made by another lender left our finance and contract in jeopardy. They stepped in, went so far above and beyond for us, and somehow managed to get everything turned around and approved within 48 hours — with our approval literally coming through in the final 20 minutes of our contract.Sami in particular was incredible. She was so helpful, relaxed and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. At a time when we were incredibly stressed, having someone so calm and reassuring on the other end of the phone made such a difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt like she was completely in our corner.The communication, persistence and genuine care from the whole team was exceptional.
