I purchased the assisted stretching pass and I am so glad I did. Pratik was amazing. I came in with the inability to cough without pain or twist my torso and neck without discomfort. My shoulders were also extremely tense and sore. Pratik not only helped me loosen my shoulders, neck, and lateral muscles. He took time to explain why I continue to experience tight upper extremity muscles. He gave me exercises and stretches to do my own in-between our weekly sessions.
