I asked 1 question: "What does the antifreeze in the reservoir look like?" The guy I asked went straight to the reservoir and looked, but did not look up at me and give a thumbs up or down. Neither did he come to my window and say anything. He walked away and came back with an oil filter. I asked again about the reservoir. He said nothing and kept walking. The other guy who announced he was new told me "they don't answer any questions until they have they are finished their inspection." In a RUDE MANNER. I tried to explain that the car is an older model (2008) and that I was driving it from Chalmette to Metairie 5 days a week in this heat and that it was as important to ME. The new guy got even RUDER. I repeated over and over "All I am asking is for you to communicate with me." "One question that's all." It got so bad I told him I was leaving without any service. (OVER 1 question!) The other guy finally stepped in and said "Your reservoir is clear and at correct level." What could have taken less than 60 seconds took 10 minutes and this senior citizen blood pressure soring. UNCALLED FOR! NOT NECESSARY! I looked at that guy straight in the eye and said THANK YOU. I could tell he regretted not answering me to begin with. I thought about you the owner. Trying to run a business with employees, inventory, bills ect. I did not want to hurt you. But I do want you talk to your employees. If you have a standard procedure in place that your employees can't answer 1 question for a CUSTOMER before the inspection is done CHANGE THAT! It wasted 10 minutes of my time and your companies. Because of you ( the owner) I went ahead and got the oil change. Paid $72. Depending on your response depends on wether I go back. In the past I always popped the hood and looked at reservoir, fluids and air filter myself. However I am to old to be doing that anymore and I counted on your business to do that for me. I can not do business with a company I can not communicate with and have to do the work myself.
