Stacey was very informative and patient.I had some enrollment issues with Medicare that required way too many phone calls and a trip to the local office. Stacey was knowledgeable throughout this process. She provided information on various plans/companies and costs and I did not feel her directing me in a certain direction but rather helping me to assess the pros/cons of each plan option... very different from the first agent I spoke with who definitely seemed to be directing me (and others from a group meeting) towards a particular plan and company.Stacey was very personable, had a sense of humor through some of the nonsense we had to deal with, and was readily available whenever I called.She helped me.
