I took my bracelet in for repair to this lovely shop. Customer service was very well done. There was an unfortunate delay on the repair and they kindly didn’t charge me when I collected it. Really sweet of them and I would definitely recommend.

Wow, wow, wow..... I am absolutely blown away by the result of the works that were undertaken by Crafted Jewellery. Both Taylor and Mason totally understood the brief of my expectations and more. I had three rings of wedding, engagement and eternity which had the following undertaken; Wedding ring - replacement of stone and build up of white gold. Engagement Ring - Inclusion of small balls to stop the ring rotating. Eternity Ring - Inclusion of small balls to stop the ring rotating. The wedding and engagement rings are over 30 years old and the eternity 20.........they all look like new !!! Thank you so much...🙏🙏🙏
