They told me since I am already pretty petite and just had some stubborn belly fat that this would be a great way to get rid of the fat but I am greatly disappointed. Also, every appointment they would tell me I would receive check up texts and info to help me but I never got a single text even after I would tell them I never received update texts. I only got appointment reminders. I wish I had never spent nearly $4000 at this place. I personally do NOT recommend it. Less

So I was charge $70 for 20 minutes and was cut short of service due to their lack of time management. That’s $3.50 a MINUTE. During my appointment I was lectured on what I was doing wrong with my skin care. I was shamed a bit for not having a facial in a while. I noticed the microdermabrasion didn’t hit every part of my face either. While I am sure she was trying to be helpful on what to do. I didn’t ask for any information and it felt more like a lecture. I just want a relaxing experience for the time I paid for. Just give me a little relaxing quiet time. I should've known that after I told her the price was not in my range she lowered the price a tad, I fell for the bait. Positive: Everyone including Ana, the owner, was super friendly and had superb customer service. They always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Negative: That's all good ^^^but to pay $1000 and see ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE is money down the drain.
