I just completed my body contouring treatment, and it has been a great experience! I lost around 2” in all measurements, and my before and after photos were amazing! The VIP package was amazing and a quick one hour treatment each time. The facility is a clean and relaxing environment, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are all so kind and welcoming! From Karina at the front desk, to Shelli, my technician, I really enjoyed my experience! I am looking forward to going back for even more treatments!

I absolutely love Westlake Body Sculpting I am 2 sessions in at Westlake, having started my journey across town at another place that was neither welcoming, comfortable or affordable. Struggling with PCOS and the unwanted hair I had high hopes for laser hair treatments and was feeling discouraged and like maybe I'd have to continue my struggle, until I found Westlake Body Sculpting. My first green flag was the ease of scheduling, I got my first appointment Saturday morning no problem, and from the receptionist to my new favorite person in the world my technician Ana, everyone is so kind and genuine and knowledgeable. The place is clean and welcoming. And the service can only be described as top tier. If results are what you're looking for, this is definitely the place to go.Even more than that, during the short wait to go back I've met some really sweet ladies, all supportive and friendly, encouraging each other to explore whatever it is that's going to make you feel your best. To be honest, this experience raised several red flags for me. The first concern was learning that my injector was a medical assistant. My understanding is that neurotoxin injections like Botox should be administered by a licensed and properly trained nurse or physician, so this immediately made me uneasy.I did ask about the injector’s credentials (she was a MA) at the appointment, but despite feeling uncomfortable, I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. It has been over two weeks since my treatment, and I have not seen the expected results. In fact, the area I specifically wanted treated (my “11 lines”). appears more prominent than before.Given the lack of results, I’m concerned about what was actually injected and whether the product may have been overly diluted or improperly administered. The overall experience felt unprofessional, and I do not feel confident in the quality of care I received especially considering I spent over $300.At this point, I am very disappointed and would like to request a refund or reimbursement. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and ensures that qualified, properly trained professionals are performing these services in the future.

The people are very kind and professional. The amenities are clean and getting my facials done was relaxing. I got Thermalift twice from a great deal on Groupon. It's worth it! You can see small improvements after two sessions. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
