All the women working there were very professional and nice. However, this was the worst dentistry I’ve ever been to. I was referred to this place because I required two root canals. So on my first visit, I needed to receive X-rays. I myself am I certified Radiologist technologist, with credentials in MRI and CT-Scan. Anyways, I naturally wanted to converse with someone who I assumed had their credentials (at least a limited license in radiology) as a Rad Tech and upon conversing, I discovered that not only was she not a tech, she wasn’t even in school for it, yet she was being trained alone to perform my X-Rays. She took several shots because she was unable to get the proper shots. She finally went to get some assistance and after at least 20 shots and my mouth being toyed with, with that bulky object for over 30 minutes, the shots were completed. A couple of weeks pass and I finally got my approval to get my number 18 and 19 root canals done. I came in on a scheduled appointment, assuming both would get fixed. Instead, only one would get fixed and not the other. Now I’m no dentist but this was B.S. because I was already numbed and he could have just did them both. To me, this was about milking my insurance to collect more money for a visit, not caring that I would have to endure this same pain again. In my personal experience, the dentist is not gentle at all. Several times while performing the root canal procedure, he couldn’t help but look out the window to observe other activities. So onto the next visit. I’m already irritated because I had to come back a second time because I felt this should have been completed the first time. I’m told I need to have more X-rays taken. I immediately ask how many shots and who would be taking them. I was given a bit of an attitude when I expressed this and I had to explain to him my fear of over exposure. Anyway, he begins to numb me (the younger male assistant) and after about 15 minutes, I still feel pain. He tries to tell me it’s mental but I think I know what the hell real pain feels like. He sarcastically says “well you sure you want another shot? Because I thought you were worried about being over exposed.” At this point, I just laughed and made light of it, due to the fact that I now didn’t trust them and didn’t want to get messed up. He gives me another shot and it felt like electricity went through my jaw and caused me to jump. So much for it being mental right? At this point, I start to record on my phone. The dentist comes in and he starts to work on me. He places the most uncomfortable thing in my mouth to I guess, keep it open so he could work. Everything is ok for a minute but then he starts readjusting the object in my mouth. It was so far back that it was very hard to breath and he also made a deep laceration under my tongue! I attempted a few times to tell them to stop by flaring my arms and making whatever sounds I could make. I was told to just wait because they are almost done! I was in so much pain from the object cutting under my tongue, as well as barely able to breath because I have very enlarged tonsils and the object was restricting my airwaves. I was pissed and was more than ready to leave! So with that said, I won’t go as far as say the other reviews are bogus but this was my true experience and if they want to disputes this, I have no issues adding a photo of my tongue nor the audio of me trying to tell them to stop!
