I called Genesis Drainage out today in Southwick as both the sink and toilets in our house were not draining properly.From the initial call, the service was excellent – I was informed an engineer could be on site within the hour, and true to their word, Jordan arrived within 45 minutes.He quickly identified the issue and restored flow by jetting and clearing the interceptor trap. He also took the time to sanitise the driveway afterwards, which was a great touch and much appreciated.Brilliant service from start to finish – professional, efficient, and reliable. We had a fly problem which turned out to be broken drain under our house. We called round various outlets and settled on Genesis. It was a great call - Tom came round and sorted a blockage and identified the problem while talking me through it. The next day Nico, Jordan and Tom patched the break quickly and had us returned to normal service. They also identified that our drain was in bad shape and so a week later they came back and scoured and lined the drain. Would highly recommend, they were all super knowledgeable, efficient, very friendly and incredibly well priced. Thanks again guys!

Thank you so much Tom for coming out past 6pm - following what I imagine was an already long day.In the pouring rain we watched our basement flood get worse and called Genesis Drainage to help us. They got back to us immediately and Tom was brilliant locating the issue and getting it fixed within moments of arriving.To our great relief the water started to subside after a good poke with a special tool!I would definitely recommend the company and the man!
