Well being that I'm not very experienced in Mortgage loans. So in 2016, rents had just doubled in Encinitas and we wanted to find a new place to live. We started looking for places within 15 miles of the beach, A friend mentioned his mother lived in a mobile home and suggested we try there. We visited every "park" in the North County.
