Both myself and my family had the pleasure of working with Jay as our personal trainer recently and we are delighted with our results!
We all had our unique issues but Jay created a plan and the individual adaptations for the four of us training together in the same session to where we all experienced fantastic results.
My son and daughter both had posture issues that started changing in the first week and RESOLVED in less than TWO MONTHS! My wife dropped 15 stubborn pounds of fat in that time and we all got stronger and move better.
My results, though, were the most impressive. My work is very physical and I have struggled with chronic pain and limited movment in my left foot and ankle after an injury on the job about 8 YEARS ago. I had worked with physical therapists, doctors, and other personal trainers, but things seemed stuck. I was told I'd have to "learn to live with it."
The mobility work and corrective exercises Jay taught me along with the special yogic breathing... my injured foot now moves like the good one! This was mind blowing. I tried for years to improve this issue. In the FIRST MONTH working with Jay I got back full use of my foot. Am I pleased? To say the least!
I have also had high blook pressure for over a deciade, and I have hated taking the medications.
Since starting my training with Jay and incorporating his suggestions about alkalizing foods and superfoods, I had been feeling stronger and less fatigued. I wondered if something was changing and decided to test it. A week before my most recent doctor's visit, I went off my meds.
Well. That was my FIRST NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE READING IN 14 YEARS. The ONLY thing I did differently in all those years was change my diet and start training with Jay. We are much healthier and happier today thanks to his coaching!
