I love this gym! Ego’s are left at the door. (Except Coach Leo’s 😂) I had the pleasure of training here for 9 months before moving out of the area. I will miss this gym very much. The people, the coaches, the community. All amazing!

If you're on the fence about trying this out I'd highly recommend you give the free intro class a shot. Coach Thai was the instructor for my class and he had really good energy and was very attentive and informative. I left my first day feeling like I got a top tier workout in and I know that I'll be going back for more.

A quality place to form great striking ability and the confidence to fight. There are understanding coaches and a plethora of partners with different skill levels and styles to train with. Consistency, questions, and hard concentrated effort will educate you quickly in this place. Camaraderie amongst the gym was pleasant.
