We had a backed up pipe caused by a root ball in our basement, and Idaho Disaster Pros came out the same day we called. They were actually there three days before the plumbers were even able to come out. Having them there right away made a huge difference.George, Skylar, Tatum, and Chuckie were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole process. They kept us updated, explained what was going on every step of the way, and answered all of our questions. The communication was great, and they really helped make a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with. We really appreciate everything they did for us and would absolutely recommend them!

They were incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. After inspecting my home, they explained that their restoration services would be extremely expensive for such a small area, and they didn’t try to pressure me into paying for a service I didn’t necessarily need. Instead, they recommended other companies that may be better suited for the job and even helped me find products I could use to clean it myself. I really appreciated their honesty and the time they took to help me, even though I didn’t end up using their services. I would absolutely recommend them!
