Idaho Disaster Pros responded quickly when we had a flood and were great to work with from start to finish. Chucky and Skyler came out immediately and helped us understand all the steps. Their team was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We also used Idaho Disaster pros for the rebuild. Justin, Kaden and Pedro were great. They stayed on schedule, worked well with our insurance adjuster, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. My experience with Idaho Distaster Pros has been great... even though it was a very stressful situation for us. They took really good care of us. This was our first home insurance claim they helped us walk through the process. They were great at communicating and prompt. Chuckie, Skyler, and Dawson did such a good job removing the damage, monitoring the situation, mitigating any additional damage, helping with options, and explaining even I had questions. I really would recommend them. I hope I don't need them again🙃 but would definitely use them if I needed it!
