I had a positive and unique experience with Brian and Mr Deck ATL, but it’s very worth sharing. Brian quoted my deck project and came out a couple times to iron out the details and was always on time and great to work with. We agreed to move forward. I paid my deposit, Brian ordered the materials. A couple days later I had something unexpected come up where I needed to cancel the project - Brian cancelled the materials order, refunded my deposit money (minus a small cancellation fee for all his time on this), and was very understanding and accommodating given he didn’t even have to refund me my deposit money. I truly appreciated how Brian was to work with during a very difficult and unique situation and just wanted to share that here.
