Dr. Bailey and his team is literally the best. Hands down the whole process from start to finish from the initial consultation to the surgery date was about 3 months. Dr. Bailey and his staff helped me through the whole process to make sure I had completed everything necessary to get my insurance to cover my surgery. At the very last moment I lost coverage two weeks before my surgery date and I was completely devastated. Dr Bailey's team reassured me not to worry and they would help me sort it out and they did. 4 days later my insurance was settled and they were able to complete and submit my file which they did and the insurance approved it within 48 hours. The day of the surgery Dr.Bailey came and made sure I didn't have any questions and reassured me the things that would be done and what I should expect next. The surgery went well and I feel like Dr. Bailey really cares about his patients and I would recommend him a thousand times again. I'm also 16 days post op and everything is going wonderful. Less
