Derek was very helpful in easing my worries this afternoon. Turning 65 in 5 days and having not received my Medicare Card yet, I was worried. Worried I would not be able to sign up for a Medicare Supplemental or Advantage Plan. He listened to my situation and health needs then advised which plan was best for me. He is calling Medicare for me tomorrow to find out why I haven't received my card yet. I am confident he will be able to resolve this issue.
