I usually get a minimum of 4/5 months out of a piece sometimes 7. I take very good care of them. I was offered three different thicknesses & chose the thickest. This piece is thinner than any piece I’ve ever had. The skin base started to tear & shred after four weeks. The edging constantly curls over. Hair is shedding way too fast. Just a very poor quality product.Unfortunately when I contacted Zack he was on vacation & Lauren said she would speak with him. I called back a week later to be told I ordered a thin base. Luckily all our communication was done through texting so I had proof that wasn’t true.Their solution is to charge me half price for another system. Why would I pay for garbage twice! I asked to speak with Zack!Not holding my breath on a return call. Less
