Highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy and Wellness in general and Dr. Katie Addis specifically. I had a knee scope that was recovering very slowly with a lot of pain and it started impacting the ankle as well. Katie's treatment not only lowered the pain level after each individual session, but the cumulative effect was very effective as well. She's got miracle hands and an incredible amount of experience and knowledge.The vibe in the clinic is very positive as well, it's obvious that the owners and every therapist really cares for their patients. Easy going, yet happy atmosphere. Definitely give them a try if you want an effective therapy.

Hi, I have been going now to Advanced Physical Therapy for the last three weeks, I initially went there as my shoulder seized up as I lifted something too heavy.They have been so helpful and accommodating and helping me get better. I really feel like I am on the right track working with them. They are patient, knowledgeable and really know their game. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions and I’m already feeling a dramatic improvement. Owen has a great personality and it carries through with the rest of his staff. They say that culture starts at the top and Owen is proof of that.

I cannot recommend Advanced Physical Therapy and Wellness highly enough.After my horse fell on me and pinned me against a metal trough, I was rushed to the emergency room with a severe shoulder injury. Thankfully, I had no broken bones, but I sustained significant damage to my rotator cuff. I could not lift my arm more than four inches away from my side, and my doctors told me I would most likely need surgery.Thanks to the exceptional care, creativity, and persistence of Myro and Owen, I can now lift my arm completely over my head, resume my normal activities, and live pain-free. Their approach goes far beyond standard physical therapy. They use innovative treatments, think outside the box, and genuinely care about helping their clients regain their strength and quality of life.The progress I have made is truly remarkable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me. I had been experiencing back and side pain for several months. It was getting progressively worse. I was having pain sitting down and during my runs. Dr. Owen assessed me and put me on a program that over a short period of time eliminated the pain and I was back to normal. If you are intimated by big gyms with loud music and body builders and would rather find your pace with an excellent knowledgeable trainer, this is the place for you! Give it a try! Incredibly well rounded and effective. Started out for an injury but quickly realized long term/chronic accumulation of repetitive imbalances and old injury responses were adding up and building a bigger issue. So incredibly impressed with their multi faceted approach to address issues as a whole functioning system. So far Dr. Owen and Dr. Samantha have exceeded expectations. I approached them for issues with my leg and posture. I had a really good experience with them - Dr. Samantha made sure to do a thorough diagnosis and charted out a sound treatment plan over the next few weeks. She made sure to listen to me and chart out a plan based on my requirements and her expertise.She helped me recover with state of the art physio therapy sessions and exercises.
