Since enrolling my daughter in this daycare at 18 months old, I have witnessed her acquire a substantial amount of knowledge. She has developed a strong affinity for the teachers and always exhibits enthusiasm for attending daycare, which brings comfort and happiness to parents. This daycare is truly remarkable, and I have every confidence in my daughter's safety throughout the day. Furthermore, her older brothers have been attending this daycare for approximately four years.

I couldn’t be happier sending my munchkin to reliable childcare! We moved from TN and I was concerned about him getting acclimated after he made a year. He has grown so much socially. And they have been very accommodating. It’s family oriented and clean. Even the front staff is very welcoming. I plan to keep him here until he ages out!

This was the first time our 4-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son were going to be away from us all day 5x a week, so my wife and I were naturally a little anxious. But from the very first tour, Ms. Erica & her Staff made us feel completely at ease. She was warm, informative, and answered all of our questions with patience and care. We left that day feeling confident that Reliable Child Care was the right place for our kids—and we were right.Throughout the summer, we received constant updates during the day, which helped us feel connected and reassured that our little ones were in great hands. Our kids had an absolute blast and would come home every day excited to tell us about all the fun they had, the friends they made, and the activities they enjoyed. We have absolutely no complaints. Reliable Child Care has been an amazing experience for our family, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for full-time daycare, school break coverage (like spring or winter), or summer camp. On top of everything else, it's very reasonably priced compared to other options we considered.Big thanks to Ms. Erica and the whole team for creating such a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our kids!

Crying because they are so passionate about what they do.. I was so scared and hesitant for months… It took me so long just to trust someone with my child in their care and honestly this is the best decision I have made… From the updates, to the pictures, to the videos this daycare is a 10/10.. This daycare is truly the best in spring area! They welcomed my 7 month old with open arms. It didn’t take long for my son to adapt to the environment because all of the staff there are so nurturing. Every teacher there has a true passion for kids, and also very initiative. The communication is also on point & I enjoy the perks like having full access to what my son is doing on a day to day basis. Fun activities, school projects, learning educational skills, summer camps, engaging with other kids. Even events for parents to stay in the loop! 10/10 daycare!

reliable childcare is the best!!! they always are willing to help and the staff is always pleasant. i love that my son knows all the teachers not just his classroom one! you can tell every individual staff member cares to make a relationship with each individual student! highly recommend if you need drop in day care and you don’t know who to trust, or if you’re looking for a long term childcare situation. they’re great either way its the only daycare my son has gone too!(one time i had a migraine and asked if they could come grab my son from the car instead of having to bring him in and they were happy to help. he his is the kind of help and community we we’re searching for in child care)

Not only do reliable childcare live up to their name but it’s a vibe here which is LOVE. ALL the staff care about each child. My son was a stay at home baby up until 2 and within a week or 2 he was ready to go to daycare. I would be closer to the daycare instead of switching if I ever had to 😂 I love you guys and Brinnon does too ! Definitely recommend!!

Love this place! - from the moment I switched to this Daycare last year i loved the facility and the staff, very kind people. Ms.Erica and Ms.Christine made the process so easy! every morning that my girls see Ms.Johana they get very excited, specially my little one, which is a plus. My girls love it there which makes it easier dropping them off. I love that I get to see pics and activities of my girlies throughout the day. All the staff is very friendly and the Facility is very accommodating as well. Best decision i made!!

I am a mom of 4. My youngest was the first one to have to go to daycare. I was nervous, scared, skeptical, basically all of the above. Reliable Child Care was the first daycare that I toured and after I didn’t even go to another. My son was only 9 months old and even at the tour I could tell that he was going to love it as well as myself. The staff is amazing and has always treated my son as their own. I get updates and pictures hourly which eased my worry the most. Reliable Child Care has become his second home and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Reliable Daycare is a dream come true. We moved to the area in October 2024. Finding the right child care facility was a difficult task. I was referred to Reliable Childcare and we never looked back. I scheduled a tour and they answered all of our questions. The boys felt comfortable immediately and have learned so much. The staff members are patient and kind. I appreciate the entire staff! Added: The pictures and videos I receive daily are priceless. It makes me smile to see my boys safe and sound; learning and exploring!
