Called the night prior, and arranged for the wife's car, 0830 drop-off, for a normal service and a vehicle check, next day. Derek agreed. I forgot the next morning, but called 09:30 AM, Derek agreed and I brought the car right over. At the drop off, described the wife's description of steering issues and the hot/cold knob temperature problem. Derek agreed to have it looked at. Received a phone call and Derek said both the engine and car air filters were dirty and should be changed. He told me that they had rotated the tires and was going to take the car out for a ride to check the steering. He called again and said that the car was fine but thought that the problem with the steering was the tires. He pointed out that the tires were eleven years old and he thought that they were internally starting to separate, and that it was probably time to get new tires. I agreed and returned to pay off the bill and picked up the car so I could take it to a tire store. Extremely happy with the service and consul on the condition of my vehicle. Less

So the check engine would come ON intermittently with loss of power on my Honda fit. I must say that I was skeptical to take my car to any mechanic since my long family mechanic has retired. I decided to take it to Miller’s Auto. Those guys (Derrick and Jo) did the actual proper troubleshooting duplicating the problem and follow the 4 C’s (Condition, Cause, Corrections and Confirm) which not many mechanics do that anymore.After few hours my car was repaired and I am back on the road again. 집에서 가까운 곳인데 왜 이제 알았는지. 진작 알았다면 이 곳만 이용했을 것 같네요. 제가 방문한 날은 비가 많이 오는 날이었는데 아마 손님이 없어서 30분 정도 문을 일찍 닫았던 것 같습니다. 제가 전화를 하니 주인이 이미 집에 다 갔었는데 저때문에 일부러 다시 와서 차를 받아 주었습니다. 우산도 없이 비를 맞으면서 안내해주는 주인의 모습에 감동을 받았습니다. 짜증은 커녕 웃으면서 응대를 해주는 모습에 참 감사했습니다. 물론 저렴한 가격에 수리도 완벽하게 해주었습니다. 앞으로 차량 수리 및 정비는 이 곳에서만 할 예정입니다. 이 업소를 적극 추천합니다. My husband and I took our 2009 Toyota Corolla to Miller’s Automotive for the first time for some repairs. The car itself was in pretty sorry shape had quite a bit of work needed, but they did a fabulous job and it drives like it’s new! They were so kind and communicative throughout the process and I was stunned to really see the quality of their work and how well the car handles now. I really highly recommend this shop for the quality of their work and plan to take our cars here for service in the future!! Less
