Called the night prior, and arranged for the wife's car, 0830 drop-off, for a normal service and a vehicle check, next day. Derek agreed. I forgot the next morning, but called 09:30 AM, Derek agreed and I brought the car right over. At the drop off, described the wife's description of steering issues and the hot/cold knob temperature problem. Derek agreed to have it looked at. Received a phone call and Derek said both the engine and car air filters were dirty and should be changed. He told me that they had rotated the tires and was going to take the car out for a ride to check the steering. He called again and said that the car was fine but thought that the problem with the steering was the tires. He pointed out that the tires were eleven years old and he thought that they were internally starting to separate, and that it was probably time to get new tires. I agreed and returned to pay off the bill and picked up the car so I could take it to a tire store. Extremely happy with the service and consul on the condition of my vehicle.
