LJ did not want second phase as her teeth "appeared straight" and Dr. Small explained that it was an anatomical/functional issue. Being proactive now could help fend off medical complications later-migraines and TMJ dysfunction. So, she was back to braces. The staff was always friendly and appointments prompt. Also, great to work around our family 's busy schedule. Office always clean and calm. Worked well with our insurance (both times) and our copay as well. The affordability was great. Significant savings and quality work. Did not feel we missed out on any of the "extras" of the other orthodontist offices around.
