My daughter Laura-Jean just completed second phase orthodontics. We could not be happier or more thrilled. She has completely straight, aligned teeth. Her teeth are PERFECTLY ALIGNED- midline and molars. The whole experience was perfect. Lovely staff from the beginning. Laura-Jean was in the third grade first round. My daughter Laura-Jean just completed second phase orthodontics. We could not be happier or more thrilled. She has completely straight, aligned teeth. Her teeth are PERFECTLY ALIGNED- midline and molars. The whole experience was perfect. Lovely staff from the beginning. Laura-Jean was in the third grade first round. Several lost retainers and loose brackets. Always got in quickly. Dr. Small took the time at each phase to explain what and why he was going to do. LJ did not want second phase as her teeth "appeared straight" and Dr. Small explained that it was an anatomical/functional issue. Being proactive now could help fend off medical complications later-migraines and TMJ dysfunction. So, she was back to braces. The staff was always friendly and appointments prompt. Also, great to work around our family 's busy schedule. Office always clean and calm. Worked well with our insurance (both times) and our copay as well. The affordability was great. Significant savings and quality work. Did not feel we missed out on any of the "extras" of the other orthodontist offices around.
