I absolutely love the Body Reset Space! The space is so beautiful, peaceful and welcoming, which makes every session such a great experience.The owner is incredibly friendly, understanding and accommodating. If you’re running a little late or need to move your appointment, she is always so kind and helpful and makes the process completely stress-free.The treadmill and roll sessions are amazing, and she guides and assists you every step of the way, making sure you know what to do and feel comfortable throughout the session.I would 100% recommend the Body Reset Space to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional and enjoyable experience!

I started my journey with Body Reset on 11 August, and by 4 September I had already lost an incredible 3.8 kg, My BMI dropped from 29.9 to 28.4, my body fat decreased, and my visceral fat also improved. What a amazing experience I had this morning @bodysculpture Kempton park this morning, after my first demo I only did 15min on the vacuum treadmill and burned over 400calories, wow I don’t even burn that much on a normal day. Althea Smit is the most friendly and was so helpful, went through every step of the way, can’t wait to see results in a month or two, go and book your session today. Definitely going again. I had a demo at the Body Sculpture room in Glen Marais on 28th of January 2026, and it was a really positive experience from start to finish.I experienced both the body roller and the VacuTherm treadmill, and I was impressed by how effective and comfortable the session was. The body roller felt great for circulation and muscle stimulation, while the VacuTherm treadmill was surprisingly easy to use and left my legs feeling energized rather than exhausted.The room itself was clean, calm, and well set up, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
