Additionally they reset my truck gate post, which had sunk, moved sprinkler valves/boxes and lines, and added a pop-up drain line for a downspout. Outstanding service. Met the quoted price. Called to expand driveway on Monday and by Saturday it was finished. Jaime called about sprinkler lines when they were exposed, and after a discussion with me cut the water lines. He recommended that I reroute the line so it wouldn’t be under the concrete. Since I insisted he reconnected the sprinkler lines with the bare minimum under the concrete. He ran a drainage line for the rain gutters. The point is he didn’t just excavate and poured the concrete, he insured that I was involved with any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I know what is under the driveway, because he asked. The finished result was superb and was better than I had imagined.

We requested a quote online on a Sunday afternoon for concrete, sprinklers, grading, and curbing. He was at our home within 3 hours and gave us a quote on the spot. His response was way faster than expected, the concrete turned out great, and his pricing was literally half of what other local competitors quoted.

I have so many great things to say about my experience with JS Concrete! From the very beginning, in the middle and through the end of our landscaping project, Jaime was the best. He communicated like I wanted, letting me know when things were happening, confirmed my choices, and let me know when to plan on the finished job. Jamie and his team did such an amazing job on our front lawn (dryscaping with curbing). They were quick, responsive and listened to what we wanted. Called Jaime out, got a quote within a day. Asked about lead time and was told 2 weeks or so. 3 days later, the project was started significantly earlier than expected. One day to prep. Finished prep the next day and concrete was done on day 2. Beautiful job and fantastic crew. If I need concrete or landscape work done, he'll be the one I call.

Shot Jaime a message and the next morning he arrived, believe it was a saturday morning. Gave me a reasonable qoute, his crew showed up at 730am on the following Friday and got our patio extended (20x20) and it looks amazing. They were professional and our patio looks amazing. If I could rate higher, I would.

Jamie and his crew seriously worked their butts off to get our RV pad completed before Thanksgiving. They showed up each day at the time he communicated with me and did a fabulous prep job. One thing that stood out with his crew and him is their pride in their work. When they were done finishing the concrete, our dogs got out of the house and ran across the whole RV pad. Jamie pulled his crew from a job. They were supposed to be starting came back and repaired what my dogs had damaged before the concrete was completely set.
